Formula 1 – New Mclaren and Force India Cars for 2013

Mclaren have confirmed January 31st 2013 as the date for unveiling their new car: Mercedes-powered MP4-28. The presentation will be made in the UK.

McLaren (finished third in the constructors’ championship and won seven races in 2012) are the second team to announce a 2013 car launch date.

Force India had previously confirmed that they will reveal their new car also in the UK (Silverstone) one day after McLaren and four days before the first pre-season official test of 2013 (Jerez, Spain).

McLaren’s 2013 driver line-up consists of 2009 world champion Jenson Button and  Sergio Perez (former Sauber racer) in replacement for Lewis Hamilton that signed for Mercedes.

Force India’s drivers are yet to be confirmed after Niko Hulkenberg departure (Paul Di Resta probably will stay with who that’s what is yet to be known).

Their reserve driver will be Jules Bianchi recently crowned World Series By Renault Vice-Champion although the reigning star of this competition was Portuguese António Félix da Costa.
